Anti-facial recognition can save your life

In 2020, Iranian nuclear expert Fakhrizadeh, known as the “father of Iran’s nuclear bomb,” was assassinated. Iranian officials have recently revealed more details of the assassination. Most shockingly, the assassination used a lot of high technology – a satellite-controlled machine gun with artificial intelligence and face recognition pinpointed and shot him dead, while his wife, who was only 25 centimetres away, was safe and untouched.

Killed by Face Recognition System

Fadavi, deputy commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, said on Dec. 6 that the incident occurred when Fakrizadeh’s car was driving on a stretch of highway outside Tehran, accompanied by a total of 11 bodyguards, and a machine gun mounted on a pickup truck recognized Fakrizadeh’s face from a distance and subsequently fired 13 times.

The machine gun, controlled via satellite and network, was aimed using very advanced facial recognition technology, Fadawi said, making the assassination so precise that the nuclear expert’s wife was not shot even though she was only 25 centimeters away from him. The nearby hospital was also cut off, making it impossible for the nuclear expert to be resuscitated in time.

During the assassination, the whole process was remotely operated, the car was remotely operated and the machine gun was remotely operated. First, the machine gun accurately identified the target of the assassination through face recognition; after confirming the success, the bomb remotely installed in the car to destroy the clues. So much so that Iran has not caught the perpetrators or found hard evidence until now.

Another Iranian executive was also killed by “face recognition technology”. Shahdan, a senior commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, was also targeted by a drone, which fired missiles and killed him in a targeted killing. The miniature drones, which can detect intelligence, are equipped with face recognition systems on their cameras that accurately identify top Iranian leaders in the process of detecting intelligence. The rest of Iran’s top brass, as well as the core of the clerical group, are extremely shocked because this direct execution of the head and core leaders is so terrible.

The face is the first level of explicit information, easy to leak and easy to steal

Technology is advancing, and the modus operandi of the wrongdoers is becoming more and more advanced, with higher technology, more precise strikes, and cheaper costs. In particular, in this case, “face recognition” technology is even more frightening, face information leakage, not only will you pay the price of money, but also pay the price of life. The reason why “face recognition” frequently triggers security incidents is because the face is “first-class explicit information”, has public attributes, natural leakage, easy to steal, there is a vulnerability that is used without people’s knowledge. As long as there are loopholes, there will always be unscrupulous elements to exploit them. These huge loopholes make it very easy for lawless elements to collect and use facial information without people’s knowledge, which has led to the emergence of an “extremely prosperous” black market for face information, and the prosperous black market for face information has aggravated the problem of “face recognition” technology. The black market of face information has become a “very prosperous” black market of face information, and the prosperous black market of face information has aggravated the security risks of “face recognition” technology.

The new privacy problem of social celebrities

As As we all know, the facial information of social dignitaries is in a highly public state due to the developed media. It is easy to obtain facial information about social dignitaries. With legally available and inexpensive facial recognition systems, it is possible to easily identify and target the identity of a socially prominent person in a crowd. The point is that after face recognition is identified, the socialite has no way of estimating what will be compromised? Life? Reputation? Family? Health? Property? Anything is possible!
